Please note that our cancellation policy is strict and it is important that you read and understand the terms before booking your reservation.
- For reservations including a Friday or Saturday night stay, no refunds will be given once the booking has been made.
- For all other days (Sunday-Thursday), cancellations received at least 14 days prior to the arrival date will be eligible for a full refund minus a $50 processing fee per night per room. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Arriving later than the confirmed reservation date and time, departing earlier than the confirmed reservation date, or failing to arrive (no-show) will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the full payment for the reservation with no refund.
- Pets - Service Pets Allowed and Dogs Under 20lbs Allowed. There is an additional Fee of $45/dog/night required for booking room. Dogs are not allowed in rooms unattended. Dogs must be on a leash in public areas and are not allowed in dining areas. A $250 fine will be charged if pet waste is not disposed of properly or found on property.
The Borland House reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time. In the event of a cancellation by the inn, the guest will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
Please note that all cancellations must be received in writing via email or mail. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
This cancellation policy is in accordance with New York state laws and regulations. By booking a reservation at the Borland House, guests agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
